Jonas, the owner, clearly makes this operation shine. Reviewers consistently praise how he takes time to get to know each group, provides thorough instructions on the e-bikes, and shares insider tips on the best photo spots and places to stop. He's gone above and beyond in memorable ways, including making a special trip to pick up a tired rider who couldn't tackle the last hill. The Gazelle e-bikes get high marks for quality and comfort, with multiple assist levels that make even steep Vermont hills manageable for riders in their 60s who haven't cycled in years. The curated routes are a standout feature. The Farm Stand tour seems especially popular, winding through beautiful rural areas with stops at local stands, King Arthur Bakery, and ice cream shops. The GPS app makes navigation easy, and routes mix paved and dirt roads with minimal traffic and courteous drivers. Groups ranging from couples to 16-person family reunions have had seamless experiences, and families with young kids successfully used the Burley trailers. The consistent enthusiasm is striking, with many riders already planning return trips or even considering buying their own e-bikes after the experience.
Great experience!!! The owner (Jonas) was really easy to work with and provided us with a great bike route that exceeded expectations in terms of scenery and options to visit local farm stands and in town businesses. On the ride we enjoyed the King Arthur bakery and afterwards we hit the brewery at the Norwich Inn... yummy. Rode 26 miles and am over 65 and can attest that the bikes and their multiple assist options made it so much easier.
