Whether you’re a cider lover or simply curious, this tour takes you through the cider-making process with the cider makers. Enjoy tastings of finished and experimental ciders along with a full tour of the cidery production room.
Bring photo identification and wear warm clothes; the cidery is about 50 F. Children and young adults are welcome but not recommended due to alcohol tasting. This tour is ideal for those over 21.
Cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start are nonrefundable. Changes within 24 hours are not accepted. Cut-off times are based on local time.

The wines themselves get mostly positive feedback, with many appreciating the unexpected flavor profiles and quality. A few visitors found the wines didn't match their personal taste or expectations for the price point, but this seems to be the exception rather than the rule. The outdoor seating adds to the ambiance, and there's genuinely something for everyone with both wine and cider selections. The venue has proven popular for special events, particularly as a welcoming, sophisticated setting that doesn't feel stuffy. Repeat visitors consistently mention coming back multiple times a year, which speaks volumes about the experience.

All of our guest commented on how beautiful the winery itself was, and from the moment they arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and elegant—exactly what we hoped for as we kicked off our wedding weekend. The team at Seven Birches was outstanding. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We opted for a wine and cider tasting, and the staff was very friendly and made sure the entire process was easy and seamless, allowing us to truly enjoy the night with our loved ones. The wine and cider were both amazing, and after the tasting most guests stayed to have another glass. In addition to our welcome party, Mark and the team at Seven Birches also helped us create our own red blend and white blend for the wedding, complete with personalized labels and everything. Not only did this help us create our own special touch for the wedding, but also it was a great opportunity for my husband and I to learn more about the wine making process and all the intricacies of what goes into it. We had a great time and our wine turned out delicious! Whether you are considering visiting Seven Birches Winery just for fun or for any event, we cannot recommend it highly enough. The team helped us create the perfect start to our celebration and a memory we will cherish forever.
