100 Smuggler Mountain Road
Step into the hillside above Aspen and descend into the tunnels that once made Colorado a silver-mining powerhouse. Smuggler Mine Tours puts you face to face with the rough-hewn walls, original timber supports, and rusting equipment left behind by miners who worked these shafts in the late 1800s. The cool, dimly lit passages carry a palpable sense of history, and knowledgeable guides bring the stories of the men and the ore to vivid life. Smuggler Mine Tours is a grounding counterpoint to the glitz of modern Aspen.

Trevor was absolutely a 5-star guide. Our fly fishing trip in March was incredible from start to finish. The views were stunning, and Trevor’s expertise really showed in how smoothly everything went. We caught both rainbow and brown trout, and each fishing stop felt unique and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was fully equipped with all the gear we needed, which made the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Trevor for anyone looking for a memorable fly fishing trip.
