Things to know
You must be able to manage a 2 km boardwalk with stairs; pool access involves uneven, rocky, slippery surfaces. Dogs and alcohol are not permitted in Maquinna Park. There are no stores at Hot Springs Cove, and you must pack out all garbage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 10+ require 72 hours. No refunds for cancellations or passenger reductions within 48 hours, or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels (including due to adverse weather conditions).

You must be able to navigate a 2 km cedar boardwalk with several sections of stairs and many steps. Access to the pools involves uneven, rocky, slippery surfaces, and the boardwalk can be wet and slippery.
Wear TEVA sandals or water shoes in the pools, since the rocks and surfaces can be slippery.
