Things to know
No one under age 4 is permitted in the planetarium dome. Recording is prohibited during the indoor tour. The telescope portion is outdoors, so dress warmly for evening Rocky Mountain weather.

We are not able to provide refunds less than 24 hours in advance of tour start-times, however, we can still rebook you for another date and/or time (subject to availability) with less than 24 hours' notice.

You still take part in the Telescope Experience learning activities, but you may not get live sky views. This tour does not offer refunds due to cloudy skies; it includes a 2-year rain check to re-book for another date.
Dress warmly for evening Rocky Mountain weather and plan for outdoor conditions during the Telescope Experience. The planetarium dome is climate-controlled, but the telescope portion is primarily outside.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in. Admittance is refused to late arrivals because it can disrupt the tour.
