Travel from Kelleys Island to Put-In-Bay on the Jet Express for a fast, direct crossing. Use digital ticketing to scan and board without waiting at the ticket window.
Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure; if you are not in line by 5 minutes before, you may miss boarding. Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless they have Jet Express authorization. Dress code applies: shoes, shirts, and pants/shorts required; no swimsuits, bra tops, see-through clothes, or visible undergarments.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Tickets are only valid for the 2026 season and bookings may be rebooked for any scheduled departure during the 2026 season.
When should I arrive to board the ferry?
Boarding begins about 5–10 minutes before departure, and it’s recommended to be in line about 15 minutes before. Guests arriving less than 5 minutes before departure may lose their seats.
Do I need a printed ticket, or can I use my phone?
Tickets are digital. Open the “go to your tickets” link and the crew will scan the barcode as you board. You can show the ticket on a smartphone/tablet or print it at home.
What if I don’t have a smartphone for check-in?
Bring your ID to the ticket window so your ticket can be printed.
What do I need to present at check-in?
You’re required to present the credit card used to pay for the booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name on the credit card must match the contact name on the booking.
Where are restrooms available?
Restrooms are located on all docks and onboard the vessels.
