Ride the Jet Express from Kelleys Island to Cedar Point for a quick, direct crossing across Lake Erie. Use digital ticketing to streamline check-in and get on your way.
Boarding begins about 15 minutes before departure, and you may miss boarding if you are not in line by 5 minutes before departure. Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless authorized by Jet Express. Pets are allowed if in a cage or on a leash, and a dress code applies (shoes, shirt, and pants/shorts required).
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Tickets are only valid for the 2026 season.
What happens if I arrive close to departure time?
Boarding begins about 5–10 minutes before departure, and it’s recommended to be in line around 15 minutes early. Guests who arrive less than 5 minutes before departure may lose their seats.
Do I need a printed ticket to board?
No. Tickets are digital—open “go to your tickets” and the crew will scan the barcode as you board. You can show it on a smartphone or tablet, or print it at home.
What do I need to bring if I don’t have a smartphone?
Bring your ID to the ticket window so your ticket can be printed.
What is the dress code?
Shoes, shirt, and pants/shorts are required. No swimsuits or bra tops, no see-through clothes, and no visible undergarments.
Can I bring pets or items like bikes and kayaks?
Pets are allowed at no charge if they are in a cage or on a leash. Bikes, kayaks, and e-bikes can be brought for a per-item fee each way.
