Things to know
Ages 5+ only, and a 2-passenger minimum is required to confirm the tour. Gratuities are welcome and can be added after your tour.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation policy for regular bookings, and a 48-hour policy for group bookings of seven or more guests. Cancellations made within these timeframes are non-refundable and the full amount will be charged. Rebooking less than 24 hours before the tour is subject to a 25% fee per person.

Plan for about 2–3 hours on the water and 1–2 hours walking in the rainforest on Meares Island.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to meet your guide.
Dress in layers (light layer, warm layer, and a rain jacket or windbreaker) and avoid jeans and other cotton. Bring water, a snack, and sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses). Wear comfortable footwear; your feet may get wet, and parts of the Big Tree Trail can be challenging in flip flops.
