- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in

- Return equipment by the end of your reservation to avoid late fees
- Stay within designated areas and return equipment yourself to avoid retrieval fees
- Expect additional fees for lost or damaged equipment
- Expect applicable taxes and fees in addition to the listed price
- Monitor conditions after launch and return to shore immediately if it is safe when thunder or lightning occurs
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if Paddle-N-More cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
This is a self-guided rental. Staff will help you set up your watercraft, paddle, and life jacket, provide basic safety information and route suggestions, and guide your launch. Once launched, you’ll paddle independently.
Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a filled reusable water bottle, and a waterproof case or dry bag for your phone, keys, and valuables. Water shoes or sandals are recommended.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
