Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Read and sign waivers before arrival
- Return your watercraft within your reserved time to avoid late fees
- Stay within designated areas and return the equipment yourself
- Expect a retrieval fee if equipment needs to be retrieved
- Expect fees for lost or damaged equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full reservation cost. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
This is a self-guided rental. Staff will help you set up your watercraft, paddle, and life jacket; provide basic safety information and route suggestions; and guide your launch. Once on the water, paddle independently and return on time.
Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a filled reusable water bottle, and a waterproof case or dry bag for your phone, keys, and valuables. Water shoes or sandals are recommended.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
