Know before you go
- Arrive at the correct meeting location on time; session time is not extended for lateness or arriving at the wrong spot
- Bring only belongings you can carry during the session; storage is not provided unless you have the limo upgrade
- Bring a recent photo showing both faces clearly, without hats, sunglasses, filters, or funny faces
- Bring a photo ID for credit card authorization when booking less than 1 week in advance
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your service date. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days before. No refund for cancellations 2 days or fewer before your service date.
