Know before you go
- Add the magic proposal service to your restaurant reservation’s special requests
- Schedule the performance 60 minutes after your dinner reservation time
- Arrive on time; you are considered late if you are still eating at your performance time
- Not included in the listed price: a $50 credit-card late fee applies after a 15-minute grace period, plus $50 per added photographer or videographer
- Bookings made less than 1 week ahead require a photo ID for credit-card authorization
- The ring box finale requires temporarily handing over your ring about 1 hour early for a 2-minute rehearsal; it is returned during the trick
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your service date. A 50% refund applies for cancellations 3–7 days before your service date. No refunds for cancellations 2 days or fewer before your service date.
FAQs
You are considered late if you are still eating at your chosen performance time. After a 15-minute grace period, a late fee applies. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the service may be rescheduled or canceled, and late-arrival or no-show cancellations are not refundable.
