Important details
- Request child-size life vests ahead of time or bring your own
- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time during normal business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- You may be financially responsible for damage, cleaning, recovery costs, loss of rental use, and other charges under the rental agreement
Cancellation Policy
Get a 90% refund if you cancel 21 days or more before your reservation, or a 50% refund if you cancel 14 days before. No refund if you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast or light rain do not qualify.

FAQs
Renters must be 18 or older. Boater Safety is required if you were born after January 1, 1989.
Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the kayak. Alcohol and drug use are not allowed while operating.
Return your rental by the end of your contracted rental day. Additional rental charges apply for late returns.
