Know before you go
- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time between 9 AM and 6 PM; delays over 30 minutes may incur an additional cost
- Requires a legally able and capable operator who is responsible for the safety of the party
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1989 require a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Child-size life vests are available only when requested ahead of time; otherwise, bring your own
- You may be financially responsible for damages, cleaning, recovery costs, loss of rental use, and other charges under the rental agreement
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 10 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Get a 90% refund when you cancel 21 or more days before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund when you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast skies or light rain do not qualify.
FAQs
The renter must be at least 18. Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the boat. Alcohol or drug use is not allowed while operating.
