- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time; normal pickup hours are 9 AM to 6 PM
- Safe and responsible boat operation is required; you are responsible for your party’s safety
- A Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to drive if you were born on or after January 1, 1989
- Camping is not permitted on this boat
- Complete the waiver before arrival
- You may be financially responsible for damages, cleaning, recovery costs, lost rental use, and other authorized charges under the rental agreement
- Request children’s life vests ahead of time or bring your own

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel 21 days or more before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund if you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may possibly be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast skies or light rain do not qualify.
FAQs
Renters must be at least 18. Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the boat. If you were born on or after January 1, 1989, a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to drive.
Alcohol or drug use is not allowed while operating your boat rental.
Arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If pickup is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will need to reschedule pickup, and an additional cost applies.
