- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time during business hours of 9 AM–6 PM; waits over 30 minutes require rescheduling at an additional cost
- Sign the waiver before arrival
- A Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to operate the boat if you were born on or after January 1, 1989
- Requires legal ability to operate the boat safely and responsibly; you are responsible for your party’s safety
- Camping is not permitted
- Child-size life vests require an advance request; otherwise, bring your own
- You may be financially responsible for damages, cleaning, recovery costs, lost rental use, and other charges authorized under the rental agreement

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel 21 days or more before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund is available when you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast or light rain does not qualify.
