- Child-size life vests require an advance request, or bring your own
- Legal ability to operate safely and responsibly is required, and you are responsible for your party’s safety
- Rental agreement, liability waiver, and damage protection terms apply
- You may be financially responsible for damage, cleaning, recovery, loss of rental use, and other charges under the rental agreement
Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel 21 days or more before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund is available when you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast skies or light rain do not qualify.
