• Single kayaks have a 300 lb total weight capacity
• Tandem kayaks have a 500 lb total capacity, with a 300 lb maximum per seat
• Children under 10 fit best in tandem kayaks; single-kayak use is only allowed when riding in an adult's lap, under 42 in. tall, and within the 300 lb combined limit
• Ensure children ages 10–15 have direct adult supervision on the water
• Minors ages 16–17 require a legal guardian to sign a waiver to participate without direct supervision
• Return on time; each late watercraft incurs a second full 1-hour rental rate not included in the listed price
• Seek shelter away from the water if weather conditions require operations to pause
