Be ready 10 minutes before your pick-up window begins. If you pick up in Canmore or Harvie Heights, pick-up is around the tour start time within a 15-minute window. If you pick up in Banff, pick-up is about 30 minutes after the tour start time, also within a 15-minute window.
Bring water in your own bottle (water refills are provided), snacks (please don’t eat them inside the vehicle), comfortable shoes, and layers. Also pack sunglasses, sun screen, and bug spray.
