- Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before departure and at the boat 15 minutes before; late arrival shortens your time on the lake
- Main charterer must be age 21 or older; every person counts as a passenger regardless of age
- Groups of 7–13 are bareboat charters and require a separately arranged captain or operator
- Referral captains charge $100 per hour for captain services and fuel, paid directly to the captain on arrival; this is not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a USCG Master’s license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets behind

Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 10 days or no-shows. Holiday bookings are nonrefundable one month before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.
