- Fuel is not included in the listed price; a fuel charge applies after the boat is filled on return
- Keep the pontoon out of the ocean at all times
- Bring only beer or wine; liquor is not permitted
- No restroom facilities are available on the pontoon

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
