Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; learner permits, ID cards, and passports are not accepted
- Swimming ability is required
- Maximum combined rider weight is 400 lbs
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times
- Watch the required safety video before arrival
- Remain in the riding area after departure; returning to the dock to switch riders is not permitted
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for riders under 18
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling may be possible with at least 3 hours' notice, subject to schedule availability.
