- Remain in the riding area after departure; returning to the dock to switch riders is not permitted

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling may be possible with at least 3 hours' notice, subject to schedule availability.
