Check in 45 minutes before departure. Not suitable for pregnant people or for people with back or neck issues. A $2.00 Marine Conservation fee applies to all tours.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice (48 hours for groups of 6 or more and charters). Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, lack of bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and late cancellations are charged the full price.

No. You are not required to wear an exposure suit, but you should dress warmly.
Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, and dress for the weather in layers. Pack water (you can refill a reusable bottle at the office), sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera, and motion sickness tablets if you are prone to seasickness (they are not available for purchase onsite). Bring photo ID.
