Know before you go
- Independent paddling is typically for ages 12+
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for minors
- Swimming and re-boarding a kayak without assistance are required
- Wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vest as required by Florida law
- Weight limits apply by kayak, and combined weight capacity cannot be exceeded
- Stay within designated paddle zones and approved waterways; open Gulf crossings and restricted areas are not permitted
- Sign a liability waiver before launch

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Request one complimentary reschedule more than 12 hours in advance, subject to availability. Late arrivals may reduce rental time without refund or extension. If unsafe weather or water conditions cancel the rental, choose a reschedule or full refund.
