Know before you go
- Ages typically 12+ may paddle independently; younger children must ride with an adult
- Adults ages 18+ must sign the rental agreement and liability waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors
- Requires swimming and re-boarding the kayak without assistance
- Wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vest as required by Florida law
- Stay within designated paddle zones and approved waterways; open Gulf crossings and restricted areas are not permitted
- Maximum combined kayak weight limits apply
- Do not use alcohol or drugs that impair judgment or safety
- Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved and properly secured
- Expect rentals to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when weather or water conditions are unsafe
- Follow posted waterway regulations and respect wildlife, mangroves, and protected areas
- Remain responsible for rented equipment; lost or damaged equipment may result in additional charges
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. One complimentary reschedule is available when requested more than 12 hours ahead, subject to availability. If unsafe weather or water conditions cancel your rental, choose a reschedule or full refund.

No. Rental equipment cannot be transferred, subleased, or used by anyone not listed on the rental agreement.
Dry boxes and waterproof phone cases are provided as a courtesy, but they do not guarantee protection. Coast & Current is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Your rental may be refused or ended without a refund if safety instructions are not followed or behavior is considered unsafe.
