Know before you go
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the credit card used for booking; boarding requires it
- Arrive on time: dock access begins 5 minutes before departure, and the vessel leaves about 5 minutes after departure
- Wear cozy wool socks; shoes are not permitted onboard
- Bring only service animals; pets are not permitted
- Leave smoking and vaping items, open flames, illegal drugs, weapons, sharp objects, glass, red wine, and hard coolers ashore
- Accompany passengers under 18 with a parent or guardian; children 13 and under must wear a life jacket
- Limit your party to no more than 3 children onboard at one time
- Expect the captain to limit alcohol service if consumption becomes unsafe
- Sail only when the captain determines weather conditions are safe
- Do not board if you have had COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test within 5 days before departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 5 days before your charter date for a full refund. Cancellations within 120 hours of the charter time are nonrefundable.
