- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the credit card used for booking; boarding is not permitted without it
- Be ready to board when dock access opens 5 minutes before departure; the vessel leaves about 5 minutes after the scheduled start time
- Shoes are not permitted onboard
- Service animals are permitted; pets are not
- Do not bring smoking or vaping devices, open flames, illegal drugs, sharp objects, weapons, glass, red wine, or hard coolers
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; children 13 and under must wear a life jacket
- A maximum of 3 children may be onboard at one time
- No party member may board within 5 days of COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test
- Sailing is subject to the captain's determination of safe weather conditions
- Photos or video may be taken during the charter for promotional use

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 5 days before your charter for an 80% refund. No refund within 120 hours of charter time.

No. Gratuity is not included in the listed price. An 18–22% gratuity of the total booking price is customary for the captain and crew.
Bring your own drinks and use the onboard refrigerator to chill them. Do not bring glass, red wine, or hard coolers. The captain may limit alcohol service if consumption becomes unsafe.
Shoes are not permitted onboard. Bring cozy wool socks and dress for the weather, with warm layers for cooler evenings or sun hats and lightweight shirts for hot days.
