Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or U.S. driver's license, matching the card used for booking; boarding requires it
• Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket, and no more than 3 children may be aboard at one time
• Service animals are permitted; pets are not allowed
• Remove shoes on board. Do not bring smoking or vaping items, open flames, illegal drugs, sharp objects, weapons, glass, red wine, or hard coolers
• Alcohol service may be limited if the captain determines consumption is unsafe
• No party member may board if they have experienced COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive in the 5 days before departure
• The captain determines whether adverse weather prevents sailing
• Access to the dock begins 5 minutes before departure. Arrive by 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time, when the vessel casts off
