Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless GlowRow cancels for safety or participation reasons, in which case you may choose a reschedule or gift card; a full refund is available only if you purchased Weather Protection. No-shows forfeit all funds.
