Itinerary
⏰ Evening Tour Timeline (Approx. 90 minutes total paddle time) 7:45 PM – Check-In Opens Arrive at the launch site near Clarks. Our crew will greet you, verify waivers, check IDs, and get you fitted with your life vest. Please do not be late—late arrivals may not be accommodated and are non-refundable.
8:00 PM – Safety Briefing & Paddle Instruction Our lead guide will walk you through kayak operation, paddling technique, route overview, and safety procedures. You’ll also receive your patented glowing paddle and a quick onshore practice if needed.
8:15 PM – Launch into ICW and cross over to Bar Room Bay We launch in small waves for safety. As your kayak glides into the calm, shallow waters, the 360° LED lighting reveals the underwater world around you in a surreal glow.
8:20–9:40 PM – Guided Night Tour Paddle through the peaceful estuarial waters of Bar Room Bay and Fishermens Cut, known for sightings fo dolphins and unique marine life. Depending on conditions, you may spot stingrays, mullet, blue crabs, or other coastal species. Our guide will point out features along the way and give you time to paddle, float, and take in the glowing atmosphere.
9:40 PM – Return to Launch & Wrap-Up Guides will assist with kayak returns. Take final photos and enjoy the glow one last time before heading out for the night.

Important details
- Ages 18+ only
- Weight limit 250 lbs per person; each two-person kayak has a 400-lb combined weight limit
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before departure for check-in
- Bring a valid photo ID for check-in
- Water shoes only; regular shoes are not permitted
- Do not use bug spray, sunscreen, or tanning lotion
- Bring only soft-sided coolers, free of sand and debris
- Do not use the lighted paddle as a depth stick due to shock risk
- A $125 damage charge per affected vessel applies if prohibited sprays or lotions are used
- A $200 charge applies if a lighted paddle is damaged by using it as a depth stick
- A 2.9% credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or rescheduling 48+ hours before start. Within 48 hours, cancellations are not refundable. No-shows are not refundable. If canceled for insufficient participants, you may receive a full refund.

FAQs
Arrive about 20–30 minutes before your tour start time for check-in.
Wear a swimsuit or activewear you don’t mind getting wet. In spring or fall, bring a light jacket or raincoat for cooler weather and possible rain.
Shoes are not allowed in the kayaks to reduce scratching. Wear easily removable shoes for walking to and from your vehicle, and use water shoes that stay securely on your feet if you want footwear on board.
