Things to know
Ages 18+ only, with a 250 lb per-guest weight limit. Bring your own drinks (do not open containers until on the water). No bug spray, and only water shoes are permitted. The use of bug spray, sunscreen, and tanning lotion is strictly prohibited. Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from their use will incur a $125 fee per affected vessel. Guests should not use lighted paddles as depth sticks, as doing so may create a risk of electric shock. A $200 fee will be charged if a lighted paddle is damaged beyond repair.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before the tour for a full refund. Within 48 hours, no refunds. If GlowRow cancels due to unsafe conditions, refunds are only available with Weather/Trip Protection; otherwise no refunds. If GlowRow cancels due to insufficient participants, you can get a full refund.

Bring a valid photo ID for check-in, a refillable water bottle, and water shoes that stay securely on your feet. Wear a swimsuit or activewear you don’t mind getting wet; in spring or fall, bring a light jacket or raincoat. Consider a small dry bag for your phone or valuables.
