Know before you go
- Ages 9+ only
- Requires comfort hiking up to 9 miles on varied terrain at around 7,000 feet, with up to 5 hours of hiking
- Complete one electronic waiver per person
- Bring a small backpack with at least 2 liters of water per person and snacks
- Bring tennis shoes, trail runners, or hiking boots, plus layered clothing and a wind/rain jacket
- Bring bug repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
- Pick up your lunch voucher from the Recreation Desk at check-in
- Yosemite admission is not included in the listed price: adults 16+ are charged $20, and non-resident adults 16+ have an additional $100 non-resident fee
