Itinerary
10:00 PM — Arrivals Begin Come whenever suits you between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM.
On Arrival Settle into our cozy indoor lounge - grab a hot chocolate, tea, or water, and snacks while you get comfortable.
11:00 PM — Guide Introduction Meet your guide, learn about the science behind the Aurora and get camera tips & tricks during the Q&A.
Throughout the Evening Move freely between the indoor lounge and the outdoor fire pits as often as you like. Our guide will keep an eye on aurora conditions and let you know when it's worth stepping outside.
When the Lights Appear Head out to the fire pits for the best view of the sky. We'll take a complimentary photo of your group under the Northern Lights.
2:00 AM — Wrap Up The evening winds down as be begin to close. Last call for photo prints and snacks.

- Outdoor viewing involves walking on potentially snowy or icy ground in the dark.
- For a minor to participate, a parent or legal guardian must sign their liability waiver.
- Sign a liability waiver before the experience begins. Supervise any minor in your care throughout the evening, including around the fire pit.
- Alcohol is not served or permitted on site.
- Check in with your guide at the front desk when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or modify at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. Clouds do not qualify for a refund or reschedule. If the operator cancels before departure, including for unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
