    Itinerary

#🌺 Circle Island Tour Overview Your day begins with a comfortable, semi-private shuttle pickup from Waikīkī between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. A friendly local guide will accompany you, sharing stories, history, and aloha spirit to set the tone for an unforgettable journey around Oʻahu.

    • 📍 Diamond Head Lookout (Amelia Earhart Lookout) Our first stop offers panoramic views of Oʻahu’s southeastern coastline. On clear days, you might even spot Maui in the distance. This historic site is where crowds once gathered to witness Amelia Earhart’s solo flight from Hawaiʻi to North America.

    • 📍 Halona Blowhole This natural lava tube sends ocean water shooting skyward like a Hawaiian geyser when the waves hit just right—perfect for dramatic photos!

    • 📍 Makapuʻu Point Lookout (Drive-by) Enjoy scenic views of rugged sea cliffs and Rabbit Island, named for the rabbits introduced there in the 1880s.

    • 📍 Byodo-In Temple Nestled in lush greenery at the base of the Koʻolau Mountains, this serene Japanese Buddhist temple invites peaceful reflection. Stroll past koi ponds and under the gaze of roaming peacocks. Admission is included.

    • 📍 Hawaiian Coffee & Macadamia Nut Tastings Sample locally grown coffee, macadamia nuts, and chocolate under the shade of old banyan trees—a delicious mid-morning treat.

    • 📍 Chinaman’s Hat & Kualoa Valley Lookout Pause to admire the iconic Mokoliʻi (Chinaman’s Hat) and the dramatic Kualoa mountain range, backdrop to films like Jurassic Park.

    • 🍽️ Lunch at a North Shore Local Restaurant Taste the island’s famous garlic shrimp (vegetarian options available). Please bring cash for lunch.

    • 🍍 Tropical Fruit Stand Stop Enjoy fresh island fruits like coconut, pineapple, and mango from a local roadside stand.

    • 📍 Sunset Beach (Drive-by) Take in the beauty of one of the North Shore’s most famous surf beaches, known for its monster winter waves.

    • 🐢 Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle Spotting Visit Puaʻena Point or Haleʻiwa, where you may spot honu (Hawaiian sea turtles) resting on the beach.

    • 📍 Dole Pineapple Plantation Wrap up your adventure with a sweet stop at Dole Plantation. Try a refreshing Dole Whip and browse pineapple-themed treats and gifts.

You'll return to Waikīkī around 3:30–4:00 PM, just in time to relax or enjoy your evening plans.

    Review summary

With an exceptional track record of nearly 3,600 reviews, this tour company consistently delivers well-organized, punctual experiences across Oahu. Charlie stands out as a fan-favorite guide who passengers describe as knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly personable. He enhances tours with thoughtfully timed videos that complement each location, shares insider stories about the island, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere that guests feel like family. Other guides like Labor and RJ also receive praise for their expertise and engaging personalities. The tours run smoothly with reliable transportation and cover multiple island highlights efficiently. Most travelers appreciate the comprehensive nature of the experiences, from Pearl Harbor to Diamond Head to cultural sites. A couple of visitors felt the pacing was too quick at certain stops or expected more hands-on activities at places like Dole Plantation, noting stops felt brief compared to drive time. Overall though, the company earns consistent praise for making visitors feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely welcomed to Hawaii. If you're looking for a reliable way to see the island with guides who clearly love what they do, this is a solid choice.
