Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and waiver completion. You must be able to step into and out of the Jeep, and pets are not permitted. Cash gratuity for your driver is customary and not included; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe inclement weather that prevents the tour from departing. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full price.
FAQs
Dress for an open-air Jeep ride and changing conditions; layers are encouraged. Bring sunscreen if you want it and bring your own water (lids required). Blankets are available.
The tour will often still depart in rain, and you can request the canvas top be snapped on. Lightning will force the tour to be rescheduled or delayed.
Standard seatbelts are available, but you must bring any required car seats.
