Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour time. Cancellations after that will be charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at Outside's discretion; if they cancel due to weather, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for any payments made.
FAQs
Wear a bathing suit or clothing you do not mind getting wet. Bring sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and a water bottle for each person. In spring and fall mornings and evenings, bring bug spray in case you need it.
Pay for the excursion at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your excursion departure time, you may receive a cancellation email.
Outside may cancel for weather at their discretion. They only go out if it will be safe and enjoyable; if they cancel due to weather, they will try to reschedule, and if that is not possible there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for any payments made.
