Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time for preparation and orientation
- Solo riders must be ages 6+ and able to confidently support themselves while riding
- Rider weight limit is 215 lbs
- Children ages 4–6 may ride double with an adult age 16+; combined weight limit is 220 lbs
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; sandals aren't permitted
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
