• Bring your own prepared food and beverages
• Bring beer only if bringing alcohol; no glass bottles, hard liquor, or wine
• Wear fishing boots, boat shoes, or sneakers with non-black soles; bring sunglasses, sunscreen, foul-weather gear, and a change of clothes
• Do not bring firearms or illegal drugs
• The captain may return to dock if you are judged intoxicated
• A customary 20% gratuity for mates is not included in the listed price
• A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments for the charter balance
• A fuel surcharge may apply when fuel exceeds $4 per gallon: 5% at $4–$5, 10% at $5–$6, and an additional amount above $6
• Expect weather-related departure decisions between 4 and 8 PM the evening before departure
