    Things to know

    Arrive 20 minutes before your start time and check in at the office. The driver must be 21 with a valid driver's license and a photo ID. Wear suitable shoes and dress in layers; bring food, beverages, and sunscreen.

    Cancellation policy

    Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental to receive a refund. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
