Things to know
You must be at least 4'9" (145 cm) to fit the bikes. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver and rental agreement before the bike is released.
Cancellation Policy
Refundable if canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Canceled within 24 hours of start time is not refundable. Private and Group cancellations up to 48 hours in advance are subject to a 25% cancellation fee; within 48 hours are non-refundable. Allow 10-14 business days for refunds.

Pick up is by appointment. Times vary by arrangement, and pick up is generally offered between 9am and 2pm (some notes list 10am–1pm).
