Arrive at Creekside Lodge 15 minutes early for check-in and waiver completion. You must be able to take steps into and out of the Jeep, and pets are not allowed. Cash driver gratuity is customary and not included—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full credit if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe inclement weather that prevents the tour from departing. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full price.
Dress for an open-air Jeep and changing conditions. Bring sunscreen if you want it and bring any required car seats. You can bring a personal water bottle (use a lid). You can also bring a camera or phone for photos.

You need to be physically able to take steps into and out of the Jeep. Your driver can help with loading and unloading, but you must be able to step up and down.
