Are reservations recommended?
Due to the popularity of the rides and limited space, reservations are highly recommended.
Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?
No. The crew will do their best to offer an educational, photo-worthy trip and will always be looking for dolphins.
What should we bring?
Clothing you don’t mind getting wet, sunglasses, sunscreen, food and drink, and a camera.
We have more than six people, can we go?
Due to USCG regulations, no more than six people can be taken at a time.
What if the weather is uncooperative?
If weather is not conducive, the crew will try to contact you prior. If unable to go, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
What is the parking situation?
There is plenty of free public parking.
Cancellation policy
Zero tolerance 48-hour cancellation policy. No changes or refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before start. If weather prevents departure, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
