Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to complete waivers and payment if needed. Tubes hold up to three riders; the boat holds a maximum of six at a time, and larger groups can rotate riders. Trips may be rescheduled or refunded if weather prevents your ride.

What if the weather is not conducive at my scheduled time?
Staff monitor conditions and will return to the dock if needed. If you are unable to go, they will try to reschedule; if not possible, you will receive a full refund.
