You must be 21+ and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Outside alcohol is not permitted. This tour is not wheelchair accessible, and only service animals are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations up to 1 week before your scheduled tour. No refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the tour or for no-shows. You may reschedule (pending availability) if you notify at least 1 week in advance. If the operator cancels due to severe weather or partner closures, get a full refund or reschedule.

For private experiences, you can get picked up from any location within St. Johns County. If some of your group isn’t staying with you, they need to arrange their own transportation to the meeting point.
