Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 7 days' notice. Refunds exclude a cancellation fee of US$300 or 20% (CA$300 or 20% for CAD bookings). Changes cost $25 per person in the original booking currency, subject to availability. Tours run rain or shine; in extreme weather, tours may be rescheduled or canceled for a refund. Deadlines use Victoria's local time.
