The team here has clearly figured out customer service. Staff members like Kyle, Angela, Chris, and Dave consistently get praised for being welcoming, thorough with safety instructions, and going out of their way to accommodate riders. First-timers especially appreciate how patient everyone is with bike fitting and explaining the controls. People also note the excellent pre-ride communication, with detailed emails and helpful phone conversations making the booking process smooth. The bikes themselves are well-maintained and reliable, perfect for tackling popular trails like the Olympic Adventure Trail and the route to the hot springs. Occasional mechanical issues pop up (a faulty battery here, a flat tire there), but the staff handles these hiccups professionally and makes things right. The trails offer beautiful scenery through forests and along lakes, though it's worth knowing some routes like the Bypass Trail aren't beginner-friendly. Multiple reviewers return year after year, which speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of the experience.
After biking up to the hot springs, I'm glad we rented the e bikes. I'm not sure but I believe his name was David, our bike tech, was incredibly helpful and informative far beyond the bike instructions. The map they had printed was so helpful, take the time and get to the last hot springs, it's worth it. The bikes worked great, they made it easy.
