- A $50 pickup fee applies to Austin or San Antonio groups of 5 or fewer and is not included in the listed price. Pickup is free in Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley, and San Marcos.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before for a full refund; 13 days to 72 hours before for rescheduling or credit, not cash. Within 72 hours or for no-shows, no refund or credit. One free reschedule with 72+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Deadlines use Central Time. Tours run rain or shine. If canceled for severe or unsafe conditions, choose a free reschedule or full refund.
