- Requires a venue name or address
- Requires a signed service contract
- Requires credit-card authorization for the order
- Use a level-ground location; setups are not available on Las Vegas Strip sidewalks, casino property, or hiking trails
- Additional fees apply for select venues
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days in advance for a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancel 3–7 days in advance for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 3 days in advance.

Arrive at your booked proposal time. Setup begins 1 hour earlier, and the team will text you when it is ready.
A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, your Red Carpet Proposal Experience may be rescheduled or canceled depending on the evening's schedule; a rescheduling fee applies. Late arrivals, no-shows, and arrivals at the wrong location or time are not refundable.
Provide the venue name or address, and arrange for someone to grant access if the setup is at a private home or hotel room.
