Travelers consistently rave about Buck, the owner and guide who clearly makes these tours special. He's described as friendly, knowledgeable, and someone who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe on the road. Multiple guests mention his ability to build confidence in nervous riders, and his willingness to answer questions about Vegas, the desert terrain, and local wildlife keeps things engaging throughout the journey. The Polaris Slingshots themselves get excellent marks for being well-maintained and fun to drive. Popular routes include Red Rock Canyon and trips out to Hoover Dam, with plenty of photo stops at stunning viewpoints. The open-wheel vehicles apparently help beat the desert heat too. One reviewer noted their guide could have been more animated, but that seems to be an outlier in an otherwise glowing collection of feedback. Same-day bookings appear possible even on busy Saturdays, and the overall experience leaves guests wanting to return.
This was a great tour. We rented the red trike, which surprisingly only requires a car licence to drive. The trikes and the slingshots are fully automatic, therefore they are easy to drive. We had 7 vehicules plus Buck (owner) in his mini van guiding us to RED ROCK. You don't need to worry about getting lost, as the last car as a CB radio to tell the lead vehicule, if they fall behind at a red light or in traffic and we'll pull over to wait for everyone to catch up. We did bring all of the vehicules to a gas station for BUCK to fill them up when we first started the tour. But Buck made it up to us by finishing the tour later, to make sure that we still see everything that he had to show and teach us. Even tough the tour finished later, we were not rush to eat our BBQ ribs by the end of the tour. Buck seem to push himself hard to make sure everyone is happy, learn a lot and take beautiful pictures. I recommend this tour.
