- Arrive by the scheduled start time; late arrival may prevent participation.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If the Wildlife Center cancels the encounter, you'll be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
