- Tours operate only when temperatures are above 40°F and do not run during thunderstorms
- Pets are not allowed onboard; legal service animals are permitted
- Children under 2 must remain on a guardian's lap throughout the trip
- Bring only water bottles; no other food or drinks are allowed onboard

All reservations are final. Refunds are available only if the park cancels due to weather, mechanical or safety issues, or staffing concerns. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
